Since all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
What if my order arrives damaged or with a mistake?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send us photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue (either a replacement or refund, as appropriate).

Important notes:
- We cannot accept returns sent back to the sender address without prior coordination.
- If the shipping address provided was incorrect and the package is returned, reshipping costs must be covered by the customer.
